FAQ’S, Shipping & Returns


  • We accept the following payment options: 

    • Paypal & all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard & AMEX).

    • Bank deposit payments - please email curates@a2asafaris.com for more details.

  • For customers from the Philippines, localised shipping or self pick-up from our Manila-based office can be arranged. Please email curates@a2asafaris.com for local shipping options & applicable costs.

    International shipping fees will be calculated according to the total weight of your order upon check-out. Please note that these shipping fees apply to shipping only to Hong Kong & Singapore.

    For shipping to any other country, please contact us at curates@a2asafaris.com for further assistance.

  • The estimated delivery time within the Philippines will be between 2 to 3 working days.

    The estimated delivery time for international deliveries will be between 4 to 5 working days.

    Kindly note that deliveries are only made on working days.

    A2A Curates cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery once the items have left us & are in possession of the courier service.

    If an order is returned to us due to the postal / courier service not being able to complete the delivery for any reason, the necessary repeat delivery fees will be bound by you.

  • Please contact curates@a2asafaris.com if you need any items to reach you before our standard shipping window.

    We will do our best to accommodate & fast-track your order to you.

    Kindly note that additional costs apply for express deliveries.

  • After completing your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details.

    • Please also check your Junk / Spam folders just in case. 

    • If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 1 working day, please contact curates@a2asafaris.com for assistance.

    For shipping within the Philippines, you will receive an email update on the status of your order.

    For international shipping, once your order has been sent out, you will receive a courier tracking number.

    Please bear in mind that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it has already been processed.

  • For quality assurance, our team personally checks & packs your items before they are delivered.

    However, we understand that sometimes life happens. Not to worry, just report this to curates@a2asafaris.com within 48 hours of receipt along with the following information & we will assist you.

    • Date of purchase

    • Order number

    • Photo of item(s) damaged

    If the items that you receive from us are damaged, A2A Curates shall not have any liability to you unless you notify us of the problem by email within 48 hours of receipt of the items in question.

    A2A Curates is not liable to you for any damaged items once the tags have been removed & the items have been worn / used.

  • If you do not receive your order within the stated time frame, A2A Curates shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem by email at curates@a2asafaris.com within 3 working days from the expected delivery date.

    If you notify us of the issue under this condition, A2A Curates will be obliged to either:

    • Make good any shortage or non-delivery, excluding shipping fees.

    • Refund to you the amount paid by you for the items in question, excluding shipping fees.
